Refund Policy
The Cupboard Collective accepts refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
To apply for a refund, the item must be returned to our store for an in-person assessment by Tammy Circeo. All returns are reviewed individually, and refunds are issued only after the item has been inspected and approved.
Submitting or returning an item does not guarantee a refund. No automatic refunds are administered.
To be eligible for consideration, the item should be returned in its original condition, along with proof of purchase. The Cupboard Collective reserves the right to deny a refund based on the item’s condition or other circumstances identified during the assessment.
If your refund is approved, you will be informed of the next steps and when to expect the refund to your original payment method.
For questions about returning an item, please contact us before visiting the store.
